1) If I tap on the softkey while the watch is charging, it vibrates and makes a noise. Is that supposed to happen?

Yes - that means that the watch is working. When you unplug the watch it will not do that.

2) HELP! My watch was working great and then suddenly stopped working!

Please follow the instructions below to reset it. If that does not work, please let us know and we will rush out a replacement for you. 

Please plug the watch into the charger. Press and hold down on the softkey ignoring the vibration and sounds. Without letting go of the softkey, remove the watch from the charger and it should continue to vibrate for 5 to 6 seconds. When it stops vibrating, let go the softkey, wait a few seconds and then tap on the softkey to see if that reset the watch. You may need to do this twice.

3) How long should the watch hold a charge for?

A full charge for the Kidnovation Potty Watch takes about 30 - 40 minutes depending on the charger being used and will generally last about 3 - 5 days depending on the usage. 

4) I care about helping other people. What about Kidnovations?

YES!! We regularly donate watches to those who can't afford them, and desperately need the help. We also have an open donation program with a facility that takes care of mentally challenged children. Of course, we also donate a portion of the profit to charity.
